If U Care Share Foundation is a suicide prevention, intervention and support charity based in County Durham and Founded in 2011. 

They deliver Emotional and Mental Health Workshops (EAMH for short) in secondary schools and football clubs, as well as providing one on one practical and emotional support to people bereaved by suicide. 

STOP is a one day suicide prevention and support course that IUCSF have developed after working with over 15000 young people and supporting more than 600 people bereaved by suicide.
